"Pilot Info" Screen
The "Pilot Info" screen as it appeared in the final game. This UI introduced the idea of vertical, nesting 'folders' which would slide in from off-screen only when needed, presenting information as concisely and compactly as possible.

This dynamic, real-time campaign map was driven by GameSpy servers that tracked multiplayer game stats live over the web, populating the results directly into the interface
Aircraft Selection UI
Combat Flight Simulator 3's sliding-folder design maximized screen real-estate by enabling users to view aircraft selections in realtime. As users made selections, the aircraft shown on the screen would update accordingly, providing players with immediate visual feedback of loadout and paint scheme.
